Registration Checklist- Families New to Fulton County

Everything below is required for enrollment at Wilson Creek. After completion of the Online Registration Form - Fulton County School System, please email your 6-digit application number to WCESResidency@fultonschools.org 

• Online Registration form
• Proof of date of Birth (We will accept evidence in the order set forth below that shows the student's date of birth)
  • A certified copy of a birth certificate, certified hospital issued birth record or birth certificate;
  • A military ID;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • A passport;
  • An adoption record;
  • A religious record signed by an authorized religious official;
  • An official school transcript
• Georgia Immunization Form #3231
• Georgia Eye, Ear, Dental Form #3300
• Social Security Card 
• 2 Proofs of Residency

  1. Residence Proof Options (need one):  

     1. 1. 1. Copy of Home Mortgage Bill 
           2. Copy of Home sale contract 
           3. Section Eight/HUD Housing Document 
           4. Current HOA bill 
           5. Current apartment/house lease 
           6. A current year tax bill or assessment 

      

  2. Proof of Residency – Electric or Water Statement (no gas bills) 

• Parent or guardian ID (Driver's License, Passport, Alien Registration or I-94, if applicable)
• Previous school transcript, if applicable
